I brought my dog there as a new patient today. My appointment was at 2:15. I arrived by two was left in the waiting room with a bunch of other people until almost 3 they bring me back to a room where they left me waiting again, a nurse came in, asked what was going on with my dog. She advised the doctor would be in shortly. I sat in that room with my dog. Nobody saying anything to me and at 4:15 I decided two hours was enough time to wait. The staff and team here are incredible. We had rushed there for our dog in an emergency and they fought hard to do everything they could to help. I recommend this vet to anyone. Just incredible!
Absolutely adore NWAH. The staff and Doctors are absolutely top notch. This is a practice you will want to take all your animals to for years to come.
