I had previously visited this vet multiple times for an injured sheep - service was acceptable in those instances. I called back a month later to for advice on the prescribed medication plan and assessing ongoing concerns. I had the misfortune of speaking with a vet ‘Kate’ who spoke in such an out of place, condescending and rude manner - it was a huge shock. As a nurse myself, I would never consider speaking to a patients carers in such a manner and it spoke to the ethics and culture of this clinic.
Lovely staff! All the girls are sensational, especially Bella. Always giving my babies treats
If I could give the place a 10 star rating I would. They kindly fitted my furry boy Khalan in when he wasn't feeling his best and the staff and veterinarian were all lovely and caring. The prices are really good for a vet and I would definitely recommend this vet clinic for your furry children.
