I called to schedule a service visit to find my buried water shutoff valve outside (house built in the 1950s). I worked with Ann Marie at NWWA and she was easy to work with for setting up the work. And once NWWA did their work she helped coordinate a day and time to work with our plumber to shut off the water so he can do the interior work. Best customer service experience ever.
Hate it and if you live nearby they make loud noise all the time
Long ago, 1960, my parents informed me we were moving to North Wales.. I lived there till 1970, when I was married in what is now the water authority address. I have lived many places since then, and the only time I was sure that my water was clean, had no metal taste, and didn’t need to buy bottled water for drinking, was up home. North Wales. Than you much, for being very clear about the work that goes into having a clear glass of water!
