Something has gone badly wrong. There were multiple issues. We have been customers for several years. Always returned on the grounds of their excellent customer service, product knowledge and overall efficiency, which was always over and above. This time the service was appalling. Everything about this latest visit was chaotic. Despite the pressure that most of the staff appeared to be under, they did remain polite and friendly, but sadly, efficiency seemed to be well down the list. Went to see if I could buy a Diesel Honda car, the guy in the showroom told me to go to Skoda and then started talking to his staff, how unlucky was he, so I bought a car from Mercedes, for that type of situation I just sold my other honda car, now I don't need Honda.......😄👍
