Put our mind at rest explaining the structure of our caravan which i thought was very damp but it was just metal struts for strength . Great Guy clean worker and very interesting to talk too. Thankyou for your Great service see you next year, will pass your good name on to others.
Anthony came out today , absolutely lovely guy was good to finally meet him , ,, he was realy knowledgeable & found and sorted my vans few issues in no time.issue with main unit switch had gone & issue with fridge freezer. ,, reliable came today as he had booked me in ,, & was fantastic. ,great communication , I have previously had a few issues with my van & Anthony was very sympathetic & helped me massively in my approach to coachman ,, he has serviced my van twice now. Called this company after a recommendation from our usual guy John at Caravanalia. Was badly let down by Coastal caravan repairs so called Tony at North wales caravan services late on a friday afternoon , he was too busy to get to us which was expected being the beginning of the caravan season , however he gave us a number of a guy , Robert who works with him to see what his availabilty was , thankfully he booked us in for the SUNDAY MORNING (impressive) told us he would be with us around 9am. Unreliable. Arranged four times to come out to do a repair, but didn't turn up and didn't let me know. Better to say you're too busy than to keep promising to come and then fail to show.
