I called to make an appointment and the wait to speak to someone was 15min. When the women finally answered she was very rude in her tone of voice as though I was bothering her. Although visit no this office would have been convenient in terms of proximity to my home that interaction alone made me change my mind. Customer service and phone etiquette needs to be worked on.
I'm seeing dr Matthew traugott right now and everyone at this office is very friendly I don't think I stay 1 hour at any appointment when I go there
