I was greeted on arrival by Rosemary, who is a wonderful person. Very personable and also professional. I spent 35 minutes face to face with Dr Torquato at my initial visit. He actually listened to me and put together a plan of action. I received written notes and a follow-up prior to leaving the office-- so I remember what the plan is. I appreciate that he listened and took time to develop a plan!!
Was a little confused at first which door to go to, it's the last one south side. Had to wait a few minutes, but now I understand why. (they take extra time with clients when needed.) Rosemary, at first office on right, was so kind. She came out to meet me and let the Dr know I was there. My meeting with Dr. John Torquato was friendly, professional and I quickly felt at ease. Dr Torquato is my fav dr. I tried 2 other GPs prior. He listens and cares.
Most thorough doctor I’ve ever seen. He explains in easy to understand terms how my body is doing and how I can improve without any lecture. I’m always impressed seeing him.
