Let’s be honest - the dentist is not a fun spot to hang out. I have horrid teeth so I hang out with these guys a lot. They have always provided me with such great care which is why I pass probably at least 50+ dentists from Roy to North Ogden to get here. I wanted to make a special note about one of the hygienist's that helped work on my daughter with Dr. Bateman, her name is Kayla. I always want to let people know when they are doing a great job and so I am sharing it here. Kayla was the one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. She had so much empathy and the best bedside manner. Cassie Bateman is the most caring person there ! 10/10 she made my entire day ! Went above and beyond with taking care of me and going the extra mile to make my experience there wonderful !
I came in for my first visit and I’d say it was all around a very positive experience. I’ve had a few dentists in the past and they have always commented on the left over braces cement that was left on my teeth after my braces were removed. None of them have actually taken the time to be lean it off for me. Not until today did he decide to actually clean it off for me. It was a great cleaning and I’m very grateful. Looking forward to coming back for my other appointment.
