Arrived on a Wednesday afternoon, waited about 30 minutes, had my problems resolved in less than an hour with incredibly friendly doctors and nurses.
Front desk staff, the nurse I saw and the doctor were all so wonderful. Took 15 minutes for intake with the nurse and I was called back to see the doctor less than 1.5 hours later. Really efficient system and everyone I interacted with were reassuring and knowledgeable.
Terrible service
Don’t waste your time. My 91 year old mother was turned away twice because they said she wasn’t a regular patient. Coastal Health needs to get their act together.
