I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience at North Vancouver Nissan. When they wanted to sell me the car, they were incredibly persistent. But now that there’s a problem, no one is taking responsibility. Every time someone starts handling my case and then leaves the dealership, nobody else follows up. I end up chasing them just to find out that the person responsible is gone and the case was never reassigned. This shows a huge lack of management and zero continuity. Honestly, even one star is more than they deserve.
My nissan qashqai would start but stall if left idling, so I brought it here. The staff told me it was extremely unsafe to drive, repeatedly said how shocked they were I was driving it, and said it needed a deep engine inspection. They pushed the fear so hard I agreed to leave my car with them. They charged over $1,000 just to inspect it and then tried to convince me to spend even more on costly repairs. Sales has contacted me twice a week for the last few months to try and get me to sell my vehicle through them despite being told EVERY time to stop harrassing me. Service has been unable to solve any of the issues we have had until after the warranty ran out. Then they were magically able to diagnose issues that would costs me several thousand dollars to fix. Having been in vehicle sales and service myself I understand the challenges. I can also recognize when I am being taken for a ride. Avoid North Vancouver Nissan.
