If I could give this car dealership negative stars, then I would. Sold me a used car for 12k and after a month, the transmission on the car was totally gone. Took it back to the dealership who tried to convince me that there was no problem with the vehicle and pushed me to leave. We bought a 2026 Nissan Leaf in December 2025 from North Vancouver Nissan. The sales experience was poor but when we explained our issues to the General Manager he apologized was quick to make corrections. Frustrating at first but in the end everything was made very satisfactory and we really like the new long range Leaf.
It is the second time I have worked with SARA; she is super patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
