This is the most abusive veterinary staff I've ever made the mistake of taking my business to. They took my money, then after 8 months of my dealing with their rudeness, when I dared to finally say something, they accused ME of being "unprofessional", threw me and my sick 15 year old cat out and told me to go elsewhere. There's no reasoning with anyone there. They talk over you, defending their abusive practices there, on the phone, and even on here. Ridiculous.
