The technologist is no longer driving the van. NVPX has been serving the north valley since 1988. Currently, taking care of many convalescing and COVID patients so they can stay at their facility. In this war they are not exposed or exposing others. Considered front line health care workers!
Whoever drives the van was speeding on the freeway and cutting people off as they came onto the freeway.
