This is a compny that should not be in business also. Shelby does not know what he is doing nor does he care! His daughter Cindy screens all incoming calls and only answers the ones she wants to speak with. If you have a problem with them that they need to correct...good luck on getting them to answer the phone. I finally dropped them after numerous problems which they never even bother to address or correct. Save your time and money and go to one of the other 50 or so medical supply places in Las Vegas!
I wish I would have read the reviews first. They were the closest place to my house and I didnt feel like trying to find another place or waiting for an internet order. The service was absolutely horrible! He even told me that my doctors advice was wrong and that my own personal experiences with my child were not what they were. Apparently he thinks his 13 grandkids makes him more qualified than my sons doctor. Next time I will definitely drive the extra mile, because he certainly did not. They are conveniently located to get my moms supplies, but their customer service sucks! They say that theyll call, but they dont. I have to keep calling them and after always getting the run around, finally get needed supplies. Ive put up with them for almost 2 years and now fed up. Looking for a new more customer service oriented place. If you dont care for customer service, then go see them.
I pressed all the wrong numbers on the computerand wound up buying a big expessive wheel chair I couldnt effort. SHELBY CAME TO MY RESCUE. He got my order cancelled. Called me at home to tell me everything was alright. HE ALSO SOLD ME A BRAND NEW SCOOTER BELOW PRICE. I AM SO EXCITED ///// THANK YOU SHELBY YOU ARE MY ANGEL. I AM DISABLED WITH EMPHYSEMA. AND CANNOT WALK FAR.NOW I WILL BE ABLE TO GO OUTSIDE I WOULD NEVER HAVE THIS IF IT WASNT FOR SHELBY THANKS AGAIN/////// HAPPY HOLIDAY.
Shelby seems like a nice person, BUT, He does not produce what he promises. 6 (six ) month and He hasnt finish shipping the parts to our scooter. My advise is dont deal with him and never pay him before you get what you ordered. Sandy
I like because it close to my house
Not only do they offer great prices but the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY helpful. After seeing us only once when we bought a \$2 item, Shelby, who remembered us from a year ago has taken time to answer MANY questions regarding my handicapped mother-in laws move. I STONGLY reccomend them!
