Very poorly ran park. Management feels they are entitled to go anywhere on your property they want to without permission. They are racial. They enforce rules to certain people and not others. Crime is everywhere. you cannot leave or have anything on your lot or it will be stolen. A lot of drinking and loud parties go on there. Not a good choice as a place to live.
slow maintenance – The community is very quiet, which is one of my primary concerns; no loud music, no racing cars, no drunk neighbors, no rambunctious and loud kids. The rent is reasonable and the location is close to shopping, On the down side, the response from the semi-on-site manager is horrendously slow, requiring multiple calls and personal visits before action is considered.
