I've never seen a hospital treat people over the phone so horrible they cut you off in the middle of a question and transfer you before you can even explain why you are calling this is the 3rd time I've been in this position. All I wanted to know is if my dad is in there. Stop cutting people off. I hope they actually treat there patients better than they do to the people who call there hospital for information. Had a sore on my leg that wouldn't heal. Went to Dr and was told infection&given antibiotics. Finished them, still worse. Went back total of Three times to three different Dr's each with the same diagnosis and more antibiotics. Once again, thank God for ALTRU! One visit and got a correct diagnosis of Peripheral Artery Disease, a MUCH more serious disease that could have cost me my leg! MUCH LOVE ALTRU from this two 🦵 patient!!
Saved my dad’s life after he suffered an aortic aneurysm. He’s not out of the woods yet, but without this hospital he would’ve definitely died
Very fast to get in and they listen to your concerns and they don’t miss any steps for the right diagnosis’s. I’m so glad I drove here for finally the right care! Great care!
