As there have been so many negative reviews figure I should share!! I have been coming to NV family medicine for maybe 10 years or more and have always been happy with my care. Receptionist have always been helpful, nurse practitioners and physicians I have seen have always helped me.. I have a complex history with Lyme disease and autoimmune disease .. It hasn’t been easy, but the staff have always been excellent at helping me. Did I have to wait to be seen.. yes.. But any doctors office I’ve ever been to there’s a wait out... read more
Got here 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork for my wife’s new patient visit, waited 20 minutes in the lobby with no notice, then another 20 minutes after being brought to our room and never got to work with the doctor. Ended up having to leave since they took so long. Nearly an hour of wasted time we will never come here again and honestly don’t suggest anyone else to. Stephanie was the doctor working with us and in the end showed us no sympathy about the wait.
The receptionists are extremely rude, and if you demand to be treated like a human being, they will say you are being abusive towards their staff, and ban you. It's not a coincidence that several people in these Google reviews have similar complaints. Don't waste your time coming here if you want to be treated with respect.
Dr Michele Robert’s is the absolute best Dr I’ve had. Highly recommend coming here!
