Stephanie is compassionate and thorough. Office staff are always helpful and courteous. Been going there off and on for about 20 plus years.
Been seeing Dr. Ellis for 15 years. Dr. Ellis and her office staff are phenomenal, the best PCP I have ever had. Dr. Ellis and staff take their time and give their full attention to my inquiry about my care. The office always calls with reminders and follow ups. Good eggs all around! Still going there, still great!
As there have been so many negative reviews figure I should share!! I have been coming to NV family medicine for maybe 10 years or more and have always been happy with my care. Receptionist have always been helpful, nurse practitioners and physicians I have seen have always helped me.. I have a complex history with Lyme disease and autoimmune disease .. It hasn’t been easy, but the staff have always been excellent at helping me. Did I have to wait to be seen.. yes.. But any doctors office I’ve ever been to there’s a wait out... read more
Got here 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork for my wife’s new patient visit, waited 20 minutes in the lobby with no notice, then another 20 minutes after being brought to our room and never got to work with the doctor. Ended up having to leave since they took so long. Nearly an hour of wasted time we will never come here again and honestly don’t suggest anyone else to. Stephanie was the doctor working with us and in the end showed us no sympathy about the wait.
