Dr. Gutman will spend as much time as needed to explain your condition and what treatment options are available. The office staff is tops. They always have returned calls and answered questions promptly.
North Valley ENT is GREAT!! Dr Gutman and Melissa are the best. I was referred for basal cell ccarcinoma surgery on my ear and the treatment was exceptional. Everyone in the office was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I could not have had better care. Just the BEST!!!

My review is a bit late but I wanted to give my post surgery results at North Valley ENT. In May, it will be almost two years since I had my balloon sinuplasty. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to Dr. Kaiser and his staff. In May 2024, I met with Dr. Kaiser and his assistant and we talked about options for removal of a cyst (lower cheek) in my sinuses, reducing sinus pressure, reducing sinus infections, turbinate reduction for inflammation of my sinuses, and a balloon sinuplasty to widen the sinus pathways.
