Doctors are great, and the staff is amazing. I’m glad I found them.
Dr Chiara is an amazing surgeon and has the best bedside manner and will take time to explain everything. The Audiologist, Dr Nance, is amazing as well. Highly recommend North Valley ENT!

I was suffering from Chronic tonsillitis and finally decided to have the operation done and met up with ENT Doctor Peter Kaiser who fully listened to my symptoms as well as worries about the surgery. He made sure all the questions were answered and I left his office confident feeling like I was heard. Casandra, the PA, is very attentive and listen to all of your concerns and responds to each one in a manner that is understandable and respectful. Ali, the audiologist, explained what each part of the assessment of your hearing she is doing and what each type of equipment is doing to accomplish that. The medical staff is wonderful.
