Dr. Vannucci has been my dermatologist of choice for a number of years. He and his staff are excellent and given me great care including two MOHS procedures and twice yearly skin exams.
Been trying to get an appointment for 5 weeks. They were sent a referral by Enloe and they never responded. I left 5 messages over those five weeks and the response was they would return the call in 24 t0 48 hrs. Today I got a real person on the phone and they said they weren't seeing any new patients. THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Pay zero attention to people complaining they can’t an appointment so a zero rating is what they throw out. Dr. Stephen Vannucci is one of the most through and personable Doctors in Chico. His PA, Barbara Hinkle, is twice as friendly. I see the doc, and my wife is a patient of Barbara’s. He won’t let a suspicious mark on your skin go unscrutinized. He will stay on you about healthy practices for your skin. He’ll get you back in for rechecks in a timely manner. I think his practice just separated from Enloe, but he and his te... read more
