I am so grateful for North Valley Collision! Gabriela was so helpful the whole time. She worked with insurance to provide me the most robust and well-rounded repairs she could for the damage on my car. The work was clean, quick and my car looked almost brand new after! I have been a loyal customer and given north valley collision tens of thousand of dollars in work and multiple cars. I never had a single issue till recently. Gabby told she would cover my rental last my 30 days. She referred me to Hertz. She took my car and it sat for 20 days or so before the adjuster came out to inspect. Insurance covered my 30 days and I was given another invoice by Hertz. Again Gabby advised she would cover it for me since the car sat for so long (and she probably charged my insurance for storage).
