We bought a car for my daughter in December and just now got the title paperwork. I had to get a lawyer involved and file a formal dealer complaint to get the title over five months later. It was a car for my daughter, and she had saved her money to buy it. He lied about the title for months, only to find out he never paid the company after he bought the car. Took soooo long for title and paperwork to be sent in. They don't return calls & lied about it being sent into the MVD. I wasted 2 trips and a lot of time. Car is great but would not buy from here again due to the hassle & unprofessionalism.
We bought a car on November 14, 2020 and have not been able to license it. No title has sent into Court house.We keep getting the run around from them. A lot of promises, but no action. We are very dissatisfied doing business with North Valley Auto and RV. Not a good way to do business.
