Had them replace the glass on four vehicles. On one of the four, the rear view mirror kept falling and they came out to fix, but it still is falling off. Sent her a photo and text, but no response. I don't think I would use again
Amazing experience with NV Auto. I called Jodi to make an appointment but was in the middle of juggling kids and errands so she offered to email me and get everything set up. We initially had trouble getting approval through my insurance but Jodi went out of her way to get my glass covered, and booked me a mobile appointment quickly! I’m so grateful I found these guys. Great work!
I could not have had an easier or more pleasant experience with North Valley Autoglass. They were able to work through the code errors that Safelite refused to. They showed up on time at my home and they were friendly, experienced and professional. The owners Jodi and Mark go above and beyond with customer service and handle all the insurance paperwork. Do yourself a favor- support local and call North Valley Autoglass. I won’t go anywhere else.
