Dr. Mack is a great functional medicine doctor.
No words can express how thankful my family is for this incredible doctor. I saw her one time in 2017 and she has been charging me $36 a year for a portal! I can not cancel it online. I never ran any tests or labs with her and yet she is charging me without me consent. I had no idea. I was never a patient and went and talked to her ONE time and she uses that as a means of income to sign people up and charge them hidden fees. Fraud, Theft, Stealing!
Dr. Mack is the best of the best in Functional Medicine. She stays up to date on all the latest research and treatments, and spends a lot of time outside of the office reading and learning so she can help her patients get well. Yes, she is expensive, but the way I see it, I am paying for her expertise. I am paying not only for the time she spends with me, but the time she spends outside of my appointment researching my condition and how best to treat it. Dr. Mack is very knowledgeable. Expensive yes but what is your health worth? After you spend years in conventional medicine with no results she is worth it.
