It's a doctor's office that's never open. I can never get a hold of anybody to get my medicine that I need. I'm always getting answering machines. I never talk to a real person. So what kind of doctor's office are you?
BEWARE, I wish I had a better review for MCR Health but it is true these guys are very disorganized and incompetent.. This was a disaster. Complete waste of time. I waited over four months for a shoe insert that I paid for upfront, and several other hundreds for office visits to no avail. I am currently now trying to get a refund for my money, but the time I wasted for this complete failure will never be satisfied. BEWARE
This office and staff are awesome! Thank you for taking great care of our babies and for all you do to accommodate us. Always professional and very prompt. Important to note, super helpful in supporting navigation with specialty referrals.
