To high of rent and lit rent 2000 altogether that really ridiculous
Kids can't play outside without other residents and maintenance staff filing complaints for kids being kids. The pet rules say no German Shepards, no letting your dogs out without a lesh, and no tethering dogs out. Several of my neighbors, including the maintenance man for this site, have German Shepards, and people all over the park let their dogs out without leashes (and/or tether their dogs out).
