I thought about this for a long time before posting this review, but recent revelations have made it quite necessary to post a warning about the service department at this dealership. We purchased a used 2017 Entegra Anthem and took it to North Trail RV to have the annual service done. We did engine and generator service, the service writer recommended an Aqua Hot service which we decided to do.
