Danny Oberra, and his colleagues at North Trail RV Collision Center, were super to work with and did a fantastic job of repairing the roof and ceiling of our 2022 motorhome after it was seriously damaged when I drove it under an overpass that had one inch less clearance than it required. The AC was destroyed when it was pushed down into the ceiling. The ceiling was virtually destroyed. North Trails installed a new ceiling that looked like a pristine one in a new motor home. Accident with our RV on I75 South of Tampa. I knew the reputation of North Trail and we stopped in North Trail RV Collision Center even before contacting insurance. Danny Iberra was very understanding and took time to walk us though the entire process from dealing with insurance to scheduling repairs. Everything went exactly as Danny outlined. Kudos to North Trail RV Collision Center. We recently had a blowout on our 2020 Newmar and resulted in body damage. We worked with Danny Ibarra at the Collision Claim Center. Danny listened and answered all of our questions. He did not give us any false expectations or time that the claim would take. He emailed or phoned us giving us progress updates. We are extremely pleased with the service the received as well as the outcome of the repairs. We highly recommend North Trail RV Collision Center and Sales Center.
