Great response and friendly staff
All these 5 star reviews make me believe like the practice has it out for me and my family with all the bad experiences. Thank god I transferred to another surgery however my mum had to stay there due to some ongoing shared care with the hospital. Needless to say they are getting worse with the prescription. Ordered it OVER A WEEK ago and guess what it’s still not at the pharmacy. I cannot wait to transfer my whole family else where
Stood waiting in a queue for 25 mins. Was constantly asked if I had an appointment and to check in but no one offered to help despite the long wait and the fact there were multiple other people available. Being busy is fine. It we’ve all got places to be and things to do.
