We’ve been bringing our dog to North Town Vet in Brampton for a while now, and every visit or phone call is met with such kindness and compassion from the staff. They’re always so sweet to my dog, and it really makes a difference. Victoria especially goes above and beyond—no matter how stressful the situation is, she makes us feel safe and cared for. So grateful for this team!
Went because my dog was having seizures. We were told that nothing was wrong with her after waiting a couple of hours, and were charged WAY more than we were quoted on the phone. We took her to another vet, turns out she actually had cancer. She passed away shortly after. Terrible customer service skills as well, staff should know how to deal with people who are distraught because of their sick pets. ALL about the money for them. We accessed North Town Vet Hospital initially as a result of our cat emergency and the outstanding service, care and knowledge of the team convinced us to make them our regular vet Eventhough the travel time was long to get there. Special mention to Dr Katarina Michelini and Dr Danielle Hong who listened to our concerns compassionately before offering choices for treatment. They supported the whole family while treating our dear cat. We highly recommend this facility for any family with fur members.
Very disappointed and hurt by the way this clinic dealt with my dog, I would never recommend this vet to anyone especially first time pet owners or existing ones at that, this vet clinic had no empathy and only valued the money they charged for services, the doctor herself rushed the process of my dog and led to him having to be put down sooner without a chance to fight, they asked for a ridiculous amount to do surgery on my dog which was 6k I even found another clinic that would do it for half the price and once they knew t... read more
It’s unfortunate to go through the process of grieving your animals who you take into your home and treat as another family member, but when you have to grieve their loss and deal with insensitive people who look you in the face see you as a money grab and would rather point the finger of whose fault is whose rather then just do what’s right in the moment so the owner can have clarity is just sad to me.
