This is the worst vet you can take your pet to. I have had two negative experiences. The first one being my Pomsky ate something and had severe bloody diarrhea and was throwing up excessively. We took him here as he was worsening in condition and they took him in and ran tests and said he’s fine there was no issue. The next morning we got him to our actual vet and the vet told us he was so severely dehydrated that he may have to be put down if he doesn’t respond to fluids. We got home to find our puppy had eaten a substantial amount of chocolate, after calling several places who were not open, we found North Town. They were wonderful, took him in as soon as we got there, dealt with his issue and within half an hour he was back as happy as could be. The staff were so attentive, helpful and empathetic. We so appreciated a veterinary office that we could rely upon when we really needed one.
2 stars. Some of the employees who work there are very helpful and quite nice. However some need some customer service skills. Was in this morning for my kitten. Waited an hour to have an emergency come in. No problem I couldn't wait as I had conflict with another appointment. The ladies in the morning were great. Said give a call later to see how things are. If I could write this reveiew without any stars I would. I am heartbroken and outraged by the experience I had at North Town Vet Hospital. My dog was misdiagnosed with hereditary arthritis, when in reality, he was suffering from a brain tumor. This misdiagnosis led to a week of suffering for my beloved pet, during which he was not given the proper care he needed, and ultimately we had to help him transition to the other side. Way overpriced. Called for a quote for 3 yr rabbies vax and they charge $228 (after consult, etc) everywhere else quotes me around $160 for the same service. Highly suggest to shop around before going here.
