I don’t want to say how good this place is because I want to keep it a secret.
I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist due to a bad experience with my last dentist and the staff here was very attentive to my anxiety. They put me at ease and were very friendly and compassionate. I feel much more comfortable about going back for my next appointment. Very thorough with my exam.
Great experience with the staff and dentist today. Very helpful with insurance and flexible with scheduling appointments.
Normally I would give 4-5 stars but my son had his cleaning today and he came out with his mouth hurting. The dental hygienist went crazy with the water drill (? Not sure the specific name). Anyway, he has a very sore mouth. He has had, and I as well, have had cleaning here before and other places. He hasn’t ever had pain like he had tonight, my son is 15, it’s not like he is a 30-50 year old with lots of plaque build up. I think the dentist needs to retrain this hygienist, I go next month, I guess I will be on guard!!
