Comedy Night is hilarious. The musicians excellent. The theatrical performances well done. Wayne keeps the shows family friendly. This friendly, comfortable venue is home to some of the best entertainment in Danville and probably the best value.
Love the nostalgia of the theater that was born the same year I was (1947). I went there many times, as a kid, when it was just a movie theater. I have enjoyed every event I have went to since Wayne Allen reopened. The Moon River Thai Bistro next door is great too.
If you haven't been to The Historic North Theatre, you need to check out the shows. Professional entertainment at reasonable prices! Never disappointed!
