The owners, Roger and Connie Underhill are professional, prompt and proficient. I had a window pane replaced in my kitchen window and can recommend them without reservation. I believe Mr. Underwood said the company has been in business for 78 years.

Good work, great business and helpful staff. I had several windows replaced and screen work done. Good to see there are still small business around who put their customers first! Unlike those big home improvement stores who only care about making the sale.

Great company, they really know their stuff! They educated me about all the in's and out's about different types of windows that most companies try to swindle people into buying. Installation quality was great. I will definitely do business with North Texas Window & Screen again!

Great company to work with.. they know their stuff! Great company, they really know their stuff! They educated me about all the in's and out's about different types of windows that most companies try to swindle people into buying. Installation quality was great. Took my money, and GONE! Do not use North TX Window & Screen. They charged me 100% for a window replacement order, then never followed up, won't return the 5 messages I left, and still have heard nothing. No window, no contact, but they have all the money! Luckily, we paid with credit card & have put the charge into dispute.

***** This company is not only excellent...they are honest and most of all they care about the customer. The windows we baught were installed with such care and their installers are very professional and kind. We intend to purchase windows for the other side of our house and we highly recommend them.i
