This place screwed me over so bad. Nobody knows what they're doing. Some (not all) of the nurses are incredibly rude! I left the flower mound office in tears today. I was going to try one more time with them, but at this point I'm so stressed dealing with this place that I just figure what ever happens, happens in regards to my health. I never want to deal with these people again!!!
WORST EVER! Got there 15 minutes early and had to wait 30 mins just to get into the office, then waited nearly an hour before I left, without seeing the doctor. Was told he triple-booked himself. This man and his office care nothing for your time, only for your money. Cannot un-recommend this guy enough. What a clown

Worst doctor ever. DO NOT waste your time and go to him he has no respect of your time whatsoever and he does not do anything. I only went to him 3 times and the third time was final because he kept me waiting for an hour and a half and he was just in his office not even with a patient and I still wasn’t seen so I decided to leave and never come back. I’m going thru premature menopause and have had so many questions and Dr Fliedner and his nurse Cheryl have been amazing and are always available to answer all my questions. I’ve been doing the Biote pellets and being a flight attendant my schedule is always a bit unpredictable but everyone in the office always goes above and beyond to help work me in if need be. So happy to have found Dr Fliedner when I did whilst starting my menopause in my early 40’s 😱
