Dr Connaughton performed surgery on my carotid artery and placed a stent in it. I am very happy with how everything went and afterwards as well. He communicated everything to me in detail before and after the surgery. I would recommend him.
Dr was 1 hour late because he ha to discharge another patient. Our 2pm appointment became a 3pm. Next appointment will be earlier to avoid the rush to discharge.
I was admitted to the E/R recently for stomach pain. Dr. Connaughton came in to see me and was very compassionate and genuinely seemed concerned for the pain I was having. After a CT scan revealed appendicitis he was quick to explain details and level of urgency for surgery. His bedside manner was top notch and I enjoyed his humor while also being upmost professional. My care during, after and follow-up has been exceptional and I would highly recommend him and his staff.
