I'm a newer rider, and just needed a tire change. The team here is super cool, knowledgeable and care about the work they're doing. I can't wait to have them do more to my bike.
I usually dont write reviews but i have a 2016 R1 which was converted to 2021 which was running lean. I initially gave it to Craig at Motobros Lewisville. He made me spend 8000$ with labor by throwing parts at it including a whole engine and didnt fix it and asked me to pick the bike up. Thats when i talked to Dave, what a guy, i should have done it sooner. The world needs more people like Dave, he went straight in and found the root cause and fixed the issue in a week. If you want people who actually know what they’re doing, come here. I had absolutely 0 issues with the shop. Great people who are knowledgeable. My bike was having problems, I took it in for a tune and it was finished in just a few days and after some testing, it is running perfectly, and sounds amazing. The boys knew what the issue was and were able to get the job done, and fast. I recently went to TXSuperBikes over in Richardson (DIFFERENT SHOP) and the experience wasn’t even comparable to here. There was issues with getting shipment taken care of but the gentlemen whom helped me which I believe was his business help me in many ways through the waiting process! Great service!
