YOUR NURSING STAFF DOESNT NEED TO BE COMING OUT TO LOCAL BARS IN UNIFORM AND GETTING INTOXICATED. THEIR RUDE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO ACT. MAKES YOUR STAFF LOOK BAD.
We are very pleased with the care provided to our child when at NTSH. He was stable and happy at discharge after six weeks of care. We found the staff to be helpful and professional. Communication with them was great.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. It’s been almost 12 years since I lost my mom because of this horrible place. It’s truly sad!
My daughter was sent there from hood county and while she was there she was raped and given her meds wrong which almost cost her life lowering her blood pressure to a dangerous level, I don’t know any of this until months after she was out, they kept me away from her blaming me saying I was to emotional, don’t send your child here it’s better to figure it out .
