Well run project, quality and value for the money. We loved the cash discount and when combined with the federal tax credit, wow, we are locking in low electric rates for the next 25 years. Unfortunately our experience with savings has not been at all what we were told. Our loan payment is $117 a month and we get an average savings off our electricity bill of $50 a month if we’re lucky. Knowing what we know now we would’ve never done this deal.
