I have taken many tests here for myself and my children. They have always been extremely quick and polite. The turn around time has always been within the 24 hours, usually within 12 hours. Highly recommend.
Honestly this is the ONLY PCR testing site that I know of in the entire DFW area that can turn your results around in under 24 hours - most of the time, just a few hours after testing. Top-notch. Quick. Reliable. And they accept insurance!
I was there 3 hours before my appt. Time and checked in but when the lady came out to do the test she passed me by and swabbed the next person in line.. I tried to do check in several times,supervisor said the never got the message ,yet other people was tested on time.. the lady who swabed me ask me did I have an appt.. duh? Lady your looking at the paper with my appt. Time and name!?.. but you wanna ask me did I have an appt. She was very rude.. I wish I would of went somewhere else..and if you have a problem there no where... read more
