RecommendedI've been going to this office for about 8 years now and started out seeing Dr. Creson until his health declined. Now I see Dr.Yakaulic and he is very good as well. I love the office girls there, but they do sometimes get pretty busy, which tells me they have a lot of other patients that they're trying to help all at the same time. If your looking for a good Doc who won't ask you the same questions over and over, give Dr. Yakaulic a try !!

Rude office staff member answered phone. Not taking new patients. Short, no recommendations of where to turn. Just wanted me off the phone.
I love my doctor. The ladies in the office are nice, but they tend to ignore the phone. I have social anxiety issues already (which is why I see a doctor there) and calling once is hard enough but having to call back multiple times is seriously debilitating sometimes. I love my doctor, but I'm not a fan of the office.
Doctors and therapists are pretty good, but office staff is rude & not willing to help or listen. Lots of trouble with billing here, but not at other Dr's.
