Very friendly and professional thorough. Explained things simply.
Allison is the best. She always listens and asks questions. And then Together, we work on a plan. I really appreciate her!
Was easy to contact after hours and get an infection taken care of. In office answered all my question, and gave excellent instructions and advice.
The doctors are polite and professional but I feel some of the staff do not have the patients best interest in mind. They do not do what they say they will at times. They also struggle with proper communication, even failing to call or return calls. Some paperwork was not completed correctly. These breakdowns have caused major delays in my recovery.
Always a pleasure to see Kari. She is pleasant, caring, thorough. The check in/out is efficient and pleasant.
