North Texas Orthopedics has two State of the Art locations in the DFW area. One in Grapevine, Texas and the other in North Fort Worth, Texas. I was previously employied by NTO and did not enjoy my experience. The management is terrible and they do not treat their patients with common decency and respect. The doctors are always running late and getting frustrated with everyone else. Patients wait at least a hour for a few minutes with the Doctor. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
If you insist on going to this clinic, be prepared to experience very unhappy front office workers that actually go out of their way to be unhelpful. And may I suggest bringing a snack and some work to do. I have never made it out of this practice, both Keller and Southlake, in under 2.5 hours. Had a 60 second conversation related to wrist injury in Colorado. Looks at my provided xrays and comments more about my fingers than wrists. Charges my insurance $1100 for a 60 second conversation to say come back in 10 days to xray and cast and get more insurance dollars. I pay $1400 a month for insurance for my family. Never in my life have I had an incident where insurance paid and doctor charged me more. NTXO was paid $418 for a few minutes talk. NTXO ruins my perfect credit for an additional $76 they think they deserve.... read more
