So just went through procedure and after reading all these reviews I wanted to fill people in on the experience. So. Trust the system. These guys know how to do this. Dr Hammons is a good guy and explained it all and was obviously passionate about providing relief. Bottom line is 100% do it. Pretty nice to see in focus.
So Im a bit torn. I have zero positive to say about the staff. Rude. Condescending. They rescheduled my surgery only never told me. Meanwhile I cant see when its sunny so not a big deal right? Not to this staff anyway. But the actual doctor seems fine. 3rd time is the charm and im hoping surgery goes well. Ironically this is supposed to be the best in North Texas.
Dr. Hammons did a fantastic job of repairing my elderly father's drooping eyelid. His bedside manner is excellent and he made sure all questions were answered before and after the procedure. Highly recommend.
Dr. Hammons, Lacey, and his staff are allriiight with me!!!! I recently had a cosmetic procedure on my bilateral upper and lower eyelids (07/28/2025). Well, my left eye decided to do something on its own and develop a corneal ulcer. Not only did Dr. Hammons call me on a holiday Sunday, but he also wanted to see me on the holiday(Labor Day) for a check-up. I really appreciate his attentiveness and caring bedside manner. Thanks, Dr. Hammons!
