Dr. Hammons, Lacey, and his staff are allriiight with me!!!! I recently had a cosmetic procedure on my bilateral upper and lower eyelids (07/28/2025). Well, my left eye decided to do something on its own and develop a corneal ulcer. Not only did Dr. Hammons call me on a holiday Sunday, but he also wanted to see me on the holiday(Labor Day) for a check-up. I really appreciate his attentiveness and caring bedside manner. Thanks, Dr. Hammons!
My experience with this office and doctor was a nightmare! Still is a nightmare! I dealt with this office for months and it was the most stressful experience ever. I should have taken the issues as red flags and went elsewhere for my procedure but I didn’t and now I’m suffering even more after the surgery because things were not done right! I’ll never know if Dr Hammonds is a good doctor or not but I can tell you his medical assistant Lacey is terrible at doing her job. I’ve called at least 5 times waiting a few weeks between calls leaving messages for her to please call me to schedule an outpatient surgery the doctor recommended and have never received a response. I’ve spoken to other office staff who say she’s very busy but to expect a call on either a Wed or Friday and nothing. I give up.
