In my opinion 5 Stars are not enough to rate Dr. Alford. At the least Dr. Alford and his Staff deserve a 10. The lobby staff are welcoming and people friendly. Dr. Alford and his assistant were nothing less than amazing. He really is a true professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to get me in on short notice. Dr. Alford performed plastic surgery on both my lower eyelids. He did not do a good job because my eyelid exposes the pink skin after a year. Dr. Alford told me that exposed pink part of the lid would turn the color of my eyelid prior to the surgery. It never did. I recently found out the my surgery was a failure because he left too much skin that overlaps inward and rubs my cornea causing pain, redness, irritation and sensitivity to light.
