Dr Flowers and her nurses are great. But I have never dealt with such a rude front desk staff. You can try to kill them with kindness but it sure doesn’t matter because they continue to scowl and will treat you like an idiot and like they could care less about you. This has happened on 3 occasions so far during this pregnancy and I’m only halfway through. And what’s sad is, this office has a reputation for this. People like the docs and nurses but refuse to go here because of how hateful the front office is.

I have been a Patient at this practice for many, many years. Today I took my daughter in for her first appointment at 11 o’clock. Now keep in mind that this appointment was made months ago, and we rearranged a vacation to make sure that we could get her into this appointment before school started. When we arrived for our appointment, we were told that the appointment had been canceled. My experience at the Obgyn of North Texas has been truly terrible and I would recommend finding any other practice for your pregnancy care. I began attending this practice, specifically Dr. Lieser, at 8 weeks for my first pregnancy. When I relayed that I was suffering severe morning sickness and that the first medicine she had prescribed did nothing to alleviate my symptoms, instead of offering advice or trying anything else, I was told that hopefully my morning sickness would just go away on its own eventually. Saw primary care and was referred to this office to see provider. She was great- I would recommend Dr. Lieser, but the billing staff WORTHLESS. I have gone back and forth with them for almost a year over a bill that insurance says is their error. They told me it was submitted to them with a billing code error and there wasn't anything I needed to do. Horrible horrible front office. Cannot reach anyone to schedule an appointment. Extremely rude staff. Unbelievable. I love Dr Carrie morris but I will not be tolerating this staff and will be looking for a new obgyn.
