My experience at the Obgyn of North Texas has been truly terrible and I would recommend finding any other practice for your pregnancy care. I began attending this practice, specifically Dr. Lieser, at 8 weeks for my first pregnancy. When I relayed that I was suffering severe morning sickness and that the first medicine she had prescribed did nothing to alleviate my symptoms, instead of offering advice or trying anything else, I was told that hopefully my morning sickness would just go away on its own eventually. Additionally... read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Flowers for over six years and unfortunately I’ve seen the level of care deteriorate through that time. During my pregnancy I appreciated that she was brief during each check in which actually calmed me down. The delivery process was long and torturous but the worst part was after one push, my baby was crowning and we all had to wait there for over 10 minutes for her to come. I know she’s juggling a lot of patients but come on! Her nurse Tina was truly delightful and on top of things, despite how... read more

I hear that the doctors are great but I was unable to get an appointment because of some beauracratic rules and rude front office staff. It's too difficult to get in at the timing when one needs to get in if doing IVF. My advice to anyone doing fertility is look elsewhere.

I wish I could even comment on the doctors here, but my daughter and I never made it past the waiting room thanks to the absolutely useless front desk staff. From the second we walked up to the window, the woman at the desk was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in doing her job. She shoved the same paperwork at us that I had already completed online, so we wasted our time filling it out again—only to sit there for another 45 minutes being ignored. The level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and attitude at this... read more

Dr Flowers and her nurses are great. But I have never dealt with such a rude front desk staff. You can try to kill them with kindness but it sure doesn’t matter because they continue to scowl and will treat you like an idiot and like they could care less about you. This has happened on 3 occasions so far during this pregnancy and I’m only halfway through. And what’s sad is, this office has a reputation for this. People like the docs and nurses but refuse to go here because of how hateful the front office is.
