I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Diana Luts and her entire team. As a first-time mom, I was filled with so many questions, nerves, and emotions…and from my very first appointment through delivery, I felt completely supported and cared for every step of the way. Dr. Luts was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate. The communication with the office staff is incredibly poor. Dr. Perez has been fantastic, but does not have proper support with internal staff to retain me as a patient. It is sad that she will lose out on patients and potential referrals due to poor staffing. I should not have to call daily and follow up on tasks promised by them.
-You will wait forever to be seen. -I got stuck with $700 gender test when they told me it most likely will be covered my insurance. -Went over my birth plan intensively for all 9 moment to have a delivery with all interventions possible- had to fight tooth and nail to just have a vaginal birth. -Waited and had to follow up multiple times to receive my FMLA paperwork for insurance and work This place just needs organization and better care. The only person I adored was nurse Cheryl.
Doctors are good but the receptionist absolutely terrible at her job
