Very rude front desk staff. They literally shouted out instructions to me across the room, and gave me a very rude responses. Doctor was okay, but only in my room for maybe 60 seconds.
Dr. Laura Bradley I do not recommend, she was my doctor and the only thing she asked me to do each visit was to pee In a cup.. Never once checked my ladies parts not sure because of my color but never made me feel like she cared. I wish I would’ve open my eyes ahead of time because I would’ve found another OB. I told her I would like to push my twins but she had every excuse on why I shouldn’t push them and today I’m still traumatized because I felt like I could’ve pushed them.. You can never speak to someone and have to leave a voice mail and even when you leave a voicemail you never get a call back. Called over a week ago and have yet heard back from them I called again and still no answer and have to leave a voicemail witch will never get a call back. Had to switch doctors due to this along other reasons!!
When you are able to get in to see a doctor, they're great! Unfortunately (as of late spring/early summer 2021) you have to book several months in advance for your annual. (Such is the times.) Friendly staff, and I feel like my doctor listens to me. The facilities are great. My only gripe is their phone system. That and since their move, it now takes me twice the time just to get there.
