Katherine is knowledgeable, dedicated and very thorough! I needed to combine a CKD diet, as well as Low Cholesterol and Low Triglyceride diets. I tried, unsuccessfully, for approximately a year to figure it out. One, or 2, areas always lost out. I was at a place where I had lost all interest in cooking and food. I felt like all I could safely have was Iceberg Lettuce and Raw Broccoli, lol. Neither of those are foods I enjoy. At my request, my PCP referred me the Katerine ar North Texas Nitrition.
