We wanted two custom built-ins for our living room, and found our way to North Texas Millworks. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The company owner came out personally to measure and assess our situation. He arrived precisely on time. We had drawings by the end of the day, along with a quote. Once we decided to move forward, it took the company about a week to make the product. We did have to pay half at the time we approved the drawings for manufacture. warning, double talkers, poor craftsmanship, and do not stand behind there product, and it is always someone else's problem. Had a problem with the cabinets and when called they blamed it on the installer and wanted to charge me to look at. You would be better off going IKEA for your custom cabinets.
