I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with North Texas Lawn and Landscape sprinkler repair service was extremely disappointing. I needed a sprinkler repair and I did everything they asked from completing an online service repair request and completing a credit card prepayment form. They told me when they would be out and I took time out of my day to be available, and waited—only for no one to show up. There was no courtesy call, no notice of cancellation, nothing at all. I never like to post a negative review, but I left them a voicemail and messages on Facebook, and they haven’t responded. Very poor customer service. They placed a sprinkler that belongs to our neighbors on our lawn. For the sake of our neighbors, we reached out to have it repaired, but received no response over a period of weeks.

Purchased a home with landscaping responsibilities that are handled by this company . That being said, there’s a broken pipe within the system and I called to have it serviced. 2 week waiting time on a fully broken pipe and I have to miss work to be there physically on an outdoor sprinkler pipe. Obviously, this a warranty for services rendered , which explains the urgency. This is the first day I dropped of somw items at the house.
