Grass needed mowed, we had to walk to it to get to the door. The beds downstairs were hard. Our tv was on upon arrival and couldn’t turn it off. A security guard? Keep fussing at us for being to loud in the evening at our own cabins. We had 10 in the one section and we was in front at them with lots of kids from our baseball team and siblings. We had a great time! Love going and its usually a five star every time. However, for some reason the cabin smelled like a mixture of dog and mold. None of the curtains would close all the way so that was uncomfortable, and when we would try and close the curtains the metal from the broken curtain holders would cut us. The hot water in the shower would not work. It was ice cold, but the rest of the house had scolding hot water.

Overall we loved it out there and will be back. But you asked for feedback so here goes: Rooms were a bit run down and could use updating like curtains falling apart, toilet rocks and it’s not stable, fans shake and rattle and squeak all night, and then there was the ants. There is a sign to leave towels in the rooms but in order to go swimming we needed towels but there were no other towels were available at the pools ir anywhere else. There were a few things that I would have liked to see....the basketball area was run down-no string in the hoops and needed some maybe paint, the netting around the screened in porch had several holes in it, and the maze needs some updating it was really a little creepy for my liking, but overall Jellystone is a nice relaxing place to stay
