avoid at all costs this is by far the worst DR.s office I have been to ever. The staff will lie to you and then tell the doctors it was you that was lying. I would not go here again even if I was about to die. I was in need of medical attention and they have no customer service skills and would not even acknowledge there mistake. If you are looking for a DR to trust your family too this is not the place
Dr. Aylor He was the most compasionate doctor I have ever encountered. I think the world of him. He will do all tests necessary and manage accurately. He is caring and you will come to depend on him and his nurse, Robin. They are wonderful people.
Amazingly thorough+ caring!!! Dr. Day was so thorough. I had no idea that my borderline high blood pressure was already causing damage to my heart. At her suggestion, I began taking a high blood pressure preventative medicine. She also counseled me to limit my salt intake. My thyroid function test also came back very low, which Dr. Day addressed. In pain but treated quickly I went to Centennial Medical Center with severe abdominal pain. The ER doctor ordered a Ultrasound. They found fibroid tumors in my uterus and gave me medication to manage my pain until I could get to an OB/GYN. They also treated me with antibiotics for a bladder infection which was caused by an enlarged uterus. I had a good experience with the ER nurse Kathryn, and the doctor Dr. Arai. I followed up with a doctor who has priviledges at Centennial Medical Center.
Outstanding!! I've have been thoroughly educated of my disease by an understanding doctor. The staff was also courteous and caring. I highly recommend this doctor for others who are in need of a good, highly educated doctor.
Great care at Centennial I have been treated personally at Centennial several times (delivered my youngest there), always in a very professional manner. I have taken my mother, my husband, my daughter, and my son to the emergency room there as well. I've been pleased each time we went, because of the courteous staff, thorough evaluation, and efficient service. In comparison to other hospitals, Centennial is very nice, new, and high-tech, with friendly people. I'd go there again in a heartbeat. I trust my life to them!
Avoid Centenial Medical Center If at all possible, do not go to this hospital.....Plano or Allen Presbyterian Hospitals are MUCH better choices....still dealing with CMC's ineptitude months after a 5 day stay.
can the state come and close them?? We have been sitting in a room, the ER wait time was short, but not getting any help in this room. Over 10 hour wait, some nurse forcefully comes in to tells us someone will come in here shortly, but nothing. How is it possible for my mother to be in bed, in pain in a hospital. WHAT country are we in??? and we have insurance, i wonder what people without insurance do.
